TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to DMGC India (“DMGC”, “Organizer”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By registering for, accessing, participating in, viewing, or using any tournament, event, competition, website, platform, service, or activity organized by DMGC India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in any DMGC India event or use our services.
Eligibility
1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and game publisher policies.
2. Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity, age, ownership of game accounts, eligibility, and submitted information of any participant at any time.
4. False, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification without refund.
Registration
1. Registration is considered complete only after all required information and applicable fees have been successfully submitted.
2. Submission of a registration form or payment does not automatically guarantee participation.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all registration details, including team information, UID, in-game name, contact details, and payment information are accurate.
Player Verification and Data Sharing
1. Participants acknowledge that tournament participation may require verification by third-party service providers, event partners, sponsors, anti-cheat providers, broadcasters, game publishers, payment processors, or regulatory authorities.
2. Participants authorize the Organizer to share necessary tournament-related information, including names, contact details, game IDs, UIDs, team information, and verification details where reasonably required for tournament administration, anti-cheat checks, prize distribution, compliance, event operations, or dispute resolution.
3. The Organizer shall not be responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties receiving such information for legitimate tournament purposes.
Tournament Rules
1. Participants must comply with all tournament rules, schedules, announcements, and instructions issued by the Organizer.
2. Tournament-specific rules may apply in addition to these Terms.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify tournament rules, formats, schedules, qualification criteria, venues, structures, and operational procedures at any time.
4. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
Fair Play Policy
1. Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, unauthorized software usage, account sharing, impersonation, collusion, match-fixing, boosting, or obtaining any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
2. The Organizer may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
3. Penalties may include warnings, point deductions, disqualification, suspension, permanent bans, prize forfeiture, or removal from future events.
4. The Organizer’s decision regarding fair-play violations shall be final and binding.
Team Responsibility
1. Team captains are responsible for the accuracy of team information submitted during registration.
2. Any incorrect player details, UID, contact information, or roster information may result in penalties or disqualification.
3. Teams are responsible for ensuring all participating players are eligible under tournament rules.
Entry Fees and Refunds
1. Unless otherwise stated, registration fees are non-refundable.
2. No refunds shall be provided due to:
– Disqualification;
– Failure to attend;
– Failure to qualify;
– Rule violations;
– Technical issues on the participant’s side;
– Incorrect information provided during registration.
3. If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, refunds or alternative compensation may be provided at the Organizer’s discretion.
Prize Pools and Rewards
1. Prize pools, rewards, incentives, and distributions may vary between tournaments.
2. The applicable prize pool shall be the amount officially announced for the specific tournament.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, redistribute, delay, withhold, or cancel prizes when reasonably necessary due to sponsorship changes, operational requirements, verification issues, fraud prevention measures, legal compliance requirements, force majeure events, or other legitimate circumstances.
4. Participants may be required to complete identity verification before receiving prizes.
5. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payout information.
6. Prize distribution may require a reasonable processing period and may not occur immediately after tournament completion.
Technical Issues
1. Participants are solely responsible for their internet connection, devices, gaming equipment, software, and power supply.
2. The Organizer shall not be liable for connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, software crashes, server interruptions, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
3. Matches affected by technical issues may be handled according to tournament-specific rules.
Organizer Decisions
1. All decisions made by the Organizer, tournament administrators, referees, and officials regarding tournament operations, rule interpretation, player eligibility, penalties, rankings, match results, prize distribution, and disputes shall be final and binding.
2. Participants agree to respect such decisions and cooperate with any investigation or review process conducted by the Organizer.
Disputes and Evidence
1. Any dispute must be reported within the timeframe specified by the Organizer.
2. Participants are responsible for providing sufficient evidence to support any claim or dispute.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the relevance, authenticity, and admissibility of submitted evidence.
4. Evidence submitted after deadlines may not be considered.
Public Conduct
1. Participants shall not engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or conduct harmful to the tournament, its participants, sponsors, partners, or reputation.
2. False allegations, public misconduct, or attempts to disrupt tournament operations may result in disciplinary action.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to remove or ban any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.
Media and Content Rights
1. Participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free right to use their name, team name, in-game name, photographs, gameplay footage, voice recordings, videos, live streams, tournament results, and likeness for promotional, broadcasting, archival, commercial, and marketing purposes.
2. No additional compensation shall be owed for such usage unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Intellectual Property
1. All tournament branding, logos, graphics, content, broadcasts, website materials, and promotional assets are the property of DMGC India or their respective owners.
2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written permission.
Publisher Independence
1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DMGC India tournaments are independently organized events.
2. Game publishers, platform operators, and their affiliates are not responsible for tournament administration, prize distribution, disputes, or event operations.
Suspension and Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or permanently ban any participant without prior notice if they violate these Terms, tournament rules, applicable laws, or engage in conduct harmful to the event or its stakeholders.
Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, modifications, postponements, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, strikes, wars, civil unrest, or technical failures.
Limitation of Liability
1. Participation in any tournament is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, or financial damages arising from participation in any event.
3. Any claim against the Organizer shall be limited to the amount of the registration fee actually paid by the participant for the relevant tournament, where permitted by law.
Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its owners, employees, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
– Violation of these Terms;
– Violation of tournament rules;
– Participant misconduct;
– Fraudulent activity;
– Violation of third-party rights;
– False or misleading information provided by the participant.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, tournament participation, or services provided by the Organizer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
3. Participants agree to attempt a good-faith resolution with the Organizer before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the official website or official communication channels.
Acceptance
By registering for, participating in, accessing, or using any DMGC India tournament, website, event, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
