Effective Date: 30 June 2026
This Prize Claim Policy forms an integral part of the Tournament Rules, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies issued by DMGC India. By registering for or participating in any tournament, all participants agree to be bound by this Policy.
Prize Eligibility
Only participants or teams that fully comply with all tournament rules, regulations, policies, and applicable laws shall be eligible to receive any prize.
DMGC India reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Winner Verification
Before any prize is awarded, DMGC India may conduct verification procedures to confirm the identity, eligibility, and compliance of participants.
Participants may be required to provide:
– Government-issued identification
– In-game UID or Character ID
– Registered mobile number
– Team ownership or roster information
– Bank account details, UPI information, or other payment details
– Any additional information reasonably requested by DMGC India
Failure to provide requested information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Prize Distribution
Prize distribution shall only occur after all tournament results, disputes, investigations, audits, and verification procedures have been completed.
DMGC India does not guarantee any specific prize pay-out date and reserves the right to delay distribution where necessary.
Prize Claim Requirements
Winners must provide accurate payment and verification information within the timeframe specified by DMGC India.
DMGC India shall not be responsible for delays, failed transactions, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information provided by participants.
Taxes and Regulatory Compliance
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees, reporting obligations, or governmental charges associated with receiving a prize.
DMGC India may withhold or deduct amounts where required by applicable law.
Disqualification and Prize Forfeiture
DMGC India may withhold, suspend, cancel, reduce, revoke, or permanently forfeit any prize if a participant:
– Violates tournament rules or policies.
– Engages in cheating, hacking, exploiting, collusion, account sharing, match-fixing, boosting, or any unfair conduct.
– Provides false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
– Fails verification requirements.
– Uses unauthorized software, devices, or methods.
– Engages in abusive, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour.
– Is found to have gained an unfair competitive advantage.
DMGC India’s determination regarding such matters shall be final and binding.
Prize Pool Modifications
DMGC India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, adjust, postpone, reduce, replace, restructure, suspend, or cancel any prize, prize pool, prize distribution method, or payout schedule at any time due to:
– Insufficient registrations or participation.
– Sponsorship changes or sponsor withdrawal.
– Publisher requirements or restrictions.
– Regulatory, legal, tax, or compliance requirements.
– Fraud, cheating, security concerns, or integrity issues.
– Technical failures or operational difficulties.
– Force majeure events.
– Any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of DMGC India.
Participants acknowledge that advertised prize pools may be subject to change under such circumstances.
No Cash Equivalent or Transfer
Unless expressly authorized by DMGC India, prizes:
– Are non-transferable.
– Cannot be exchanged.
– Cannot be assigned to another individual.
– Cannot be converted into any alternative form of compensation.
Payment Method
DMGC India may distribute prizes through UPI, bank transfer, cheque, digital payment services, or any other payment method determined appropriate by DMGC India.
DMGC India shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment providers, government restrictions, technical issues, or third-party service providers.
Investigation Rights
DMGC India reserves the right to investigate any participant, team, match, or tournament activity before, during, or after the event.
Prize distribution may be withheld during any investigation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMGC India, its owners, employees, staff, contractors, partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
– Tournament participation.
– Prize claims.
– Prize distribution delays.
– Disqualification decisions.
– Technical failures.
– Payment processing issues.
– Cancellation or modification of tournaments or prize pools.
No Guarantee of Prize
Participation in a tournament does not guarantee receipt of any prize. All prizes remain subject to eligibility verification, rule compliance, and successful completion of all required procedures.
Final Authority
All decisions made by DMGC India regarding tournament results, winner verification, prize eligibility, prize claims, investigations, disqualifications, prize distribution, and interpretation of this Policy shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Policy Amendments
DMGC India reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace this Prize Claim Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in any tournament after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
