DMGC INDIA – TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS
Effective Date: 30 June 2026
By registering for or participating in any DMGC India tournament, competition, league, qualifier, LAN event, online event, or related activity, all participants agree to comply with these Rules & Regulations.
Eligibility
1. Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Players may participate for only one team per tournament unless otherwise permitted.
3. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
4. Participants must use their own BGMI account and in-game identity.
5. DMGC India reserves the right to verify participant information at any time.
Team Registration
1. Teams must complete registration before the registration deadline.
2. Team roster changes after the deadline may be restricted or prohibited.
3. Only registered players may participate in tournament matches.
4. Use of unregistered players may result in immediate disqualification.
Tournament Format
1. Tournament formats, match schedules, point systems, maps, prize pools, qualification criteria, and event structures may vary for each tournament.
2. Such details will be announced separately for the relevant tournament.
3. DMGC India reserves the right to modify formats, schedules, structures, or match procedures when necessary.
Match Participation
1. Teams must report and join tournament lobbies within the specified time.
2. Late participation is not guaranteed.
3. Room IDs and passwords are confidential and must not be shared.
4. Teams are responsible for ensuring that all players are present before match start.
5. Failure to join on time may result in forfeiture or disqualification.
Fair Play Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
– Cheating or unfair gameplay.
– Use of hacks, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized software.
– Match fixing or collusion.
– Teaming with opponents.
– Stream sniping or ghosting.
– Account sharing or impersonation.
– Providing false information during registration or investigations.
Anti-Cheat Policy
DMGC India maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward cheating and competitive misconduct.
- Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited:
– Hacks, cheats, ESP, aimbots, radar hacks, wall hacks, scripts, macros, or similar tools.
– Modified APKs, modified game files, or unauthorized third-party software.
– Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics.
– Emulator usage in tournaments designated as mobile-only.
– Account sharing, account boosting, or unauthorized account access.
– Teaming, collusion, point trading, match-fixing, or intentional manipulation of tournament outcomes.
– Stream sniping, ghosting, or obtaining unauthorized competitive information.
- Investigation Rights
DMGC India may investigate any participant or team suspected of violating tournament rules.
Participants may be required to provide:
– Gameplay recordings.
– Screen recordings.
– Device recordings.
– Screenshots.
– Account verification information.
– Additional evidence reasonably requested by tournament officials.
Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in penalties, suspension, or disqualification.
- Information Sharing for Integrity & Verification:
To maintain tournament integrity, DMGC India may share participant information, including registration details, team information, player names, IGN, BGMI UID, participation records, gameplay evidence, and investigation-related information with game publishers, tournament partners, anti-cheat providers, integrity monitoring services, payment processors, legal authorities, or other relevant parties when reasonably necessary for:
– Tournament administration.
– Identity verification.
– Anti-cheat investigations.
– Fraud prevention.
– Security purposes.
– Prize verification and distribution.
– Legal compliance.
– Protection of tournament integrity.
By participating, players consent to such information sharing when reasonably required for these purposes.
- Retroactive Enforcement
DMGC India reserves the right to review matches before, during, or after tournament completion.
If a violation is discovered after match completion or prize distribution, DMGC India may:
– Disqualify players or teams.
– Revoke standings, rankings, titles, or awards.
– Cancel pending prize payments.
– Recover improperly awarded prizes where legally permissible.
– Impose temporary or permanent participation bans.
- Penalties
Violations may result in:
– Official warnings.
– Point deductions.
– Match forfeitures.
– Team disqualification.
– Prize forfeiture.
– Temporary suspension.
– Permanent bans.
All anti-cheat decisions made by DMGC India shall be final.
Technical Issues
1. Players are responsible for their devices, internet connections, batteries, and game installations.
2. DMGC India is not responsible for player-side technical issues.
3. Matches generally will not be restarted due to individual technical problems.
4. Tournament officials may order a rematch in exceptional circumstances involving significant server or tournament-wide issues.
Conduct & Sportsmanship
Participants must:
– Respect players, staff, officials, casters, and spectators.
– Avoid abusive, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing conduct.
– Follow instructions from tournament administrators.
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, penalties, suspension, or disqualification.
Prize Distribution
1. Prize pools may vary between tournaments.
2. Prize amounts, distribution methods, and timelines will be announced separately for each event.
3. Winners may be required to provide identity verification, payment information, tax-related information, or additional documentation.
4. Rule violations may result in loss of prize eligibility.
5. Prize distribution may be delayed due to verification, legal, operational, technical, sponsor-related, or payment-processing requirements.
Media & Content Rights
By participating, players grant DMGC India the right to record, stream, broadcast, photograph, publish, reproduce, distribute, and use tournament-related content, including:
– Team names.
– Player names.
– In-game names.
– Logos.
– Images.
– Voice recordings.
– Gameplay footage.
– Match recordings.
Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, broadcasting, archival, commercial, or non-commercial purposes without additional compensation.
Organizer Rights
DMGC India reserves the right to:
– Modify tournament schedules.
– Change formats or structures.
– Update tournament rules.
– Reject or remove participants.
– Cancel, postpone, suspend, or reschedule tournaments.
– Take disciplinary action against rule violators.
Limitation of Liability
DMGC India shall not be liable for:
– Internet failures.
– Device malfunctions.
– Power outages.
– Account issues.
– Gameplay bugs.
– Server interruptions.
– Participant losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Final Decision
All rulings, interpretations, investigations, penalties, and decisions made by DMGC India, its tournament administrators, referees, or authorized representatives shall be final, binding, and not subject to further appeal.
Participation in any DMGC India tournament constitutes full acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.
