1. General Policy

DMGC India collects registration fees for tournaments, events, competitions, and related services. By making a payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Registration Fees

All tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Failure of a player or team to participate.
• Voluntary withdrawal after registration.
• Disqualification from the tournament.
• Internet, device, technical, server, game-related, or personal issues preventing participation.
• Submission of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate registration information.
• Violation of tournament rules, Terms & Conditions, or other applicable policies.

3. Tournament Cancellation by DMGC India

If a tournament is cancelled entirely by DMGC India and is not conducted, DMGC India may, at its sole discretion, provide:

• A full refund;
• A partial refund; or
• Credit toward a future tournament or event.

The final decision regarding refunds or credits shall be made by DMGC India.

4. Event Modifications

DMGC India reserves the right to modify tournament dates, schedules, formats, prize pools, rules, venues, match structures, or other event-related details due to operational, technical, sponsorship, administrative, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such modifications shall not entitle participants to a refund.

5. Force Majeure

DMGC India shall not be liable for refunds, losses, delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, game publisher actions, server failures, cyber incidents, strikes, pandemics, riots, or other force majeure events.

6. Game Publisher Actions

DMGC India is an independent tournament organizer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by KRAFTON, Inc. or any game publisher unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any account suspension, ban, restriction, game update, server issue, policy change, maintenance, enforcement action, or decision made by KRAFTON, Inc. or any other game publisher shall not entitle a participant to a refund.

7. Travel and Personal Expenses

Participants are solely responsible for all travel, accommodation, food, transportation, fuel, visa, and other personal expenses incurred in connection with their participation in any DMGC India event.

DMGC India shall not be liable for reimbursing or refunding any such expenses under any circumstances.

8. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In cases of duplicate or accidental payments, participants may request a review. If verified, DMGC India may issue a refund for the duplicate payment amount.

Payment proof and successful verification may be required before processing any refund.

9. Refund Processing

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable period after verification and approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking systems, or third-party payment providers.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

DMGC India reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict participation in current or future events if a fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargeback is initiated.

11. Final Decision

All decisions regarding refund eligibility, refund amounts, refund processing, and related disputes shall be made by DMGC India and shall be final, subject to applicable law.
